In European tournaments our teams played against famous clubs such as S.L. Benfica, Liverpool F.C., Slovan Bratislava

During our tours, our teams played against the best professional Dutch teams, such as Feyenoord Rotterdam or Spanish ones, CD Leganes and Getafe CF

Summer preparation that in 2018 took place in Serbia, we played first division teams such as FK Cukaricki, FK Partizan, FK Red Star to name a few

We also play against Asia’s best teams, such as Johor Darul Ta’zim F.C. and Australia’s St George FC who we play regularly

After players have been with us and developed to the right level, we work with them to help achieve their goals

We have arranged for individual players to go for trials and trainings at clubs such as A.S. Roma (IT), Atalanta Bergamo (IT), C.F. Os Belenenses (PT), Bohemians 1905 (CZ), A.C. Chievo Verona (IT), FK Cukaricki (RS), GNK Dinamo Zagreb (HR), Feyenoord Rotterdam (NL), FC Inter Milan (IT), FK Partizan Belgrade (RS), FK Rad Belgrade (RS), and SK Slavia Prague (CZ), where the fortunate few have been offered the chance to join the club

Our training program is specifically designed to adjust for modern football which is all about speed, quick reaction, moving w/o ball, team shape, discipline, and power – those are essential for any team at any level. And we at Turf City setting the methodology to include those essential things in our training of all age groups. We are very demanding in those particular elements.
Our proven track record over the years speaks volume with many players have moved to professional level abroad.

METHODOLogY
1. Vision

2. Training Principles
Technical Development: Focuses on improving individual skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
Tactical Awareness: Emphasizes understanding and executing different formations, strategies, and game scenarios.
Physical Conditioning: Includes strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility training tailored to the needs of players and teams.
3. Coaching Methodology
Session Design: All sessions are prepared prior the session based on number of players, age, level. Structure based on period of time - pre-season / season / pre-match session. Sessions include warm-ups, drills, main part (game-related exercises) and cool-downs.
Coaching Style: Motivational techniques, discipline and focus are required, to adapt to the team / individual players’ needs.
Communication: Briefing at the start of the session, making sure of players’ understanding. Correction during the session. Positive
altitude. Post-training briefing

4. Player Development Pathway
Recognising strengths and weaknesses, managing expectations, setting goals for individual players. Includes specialized programs for
different age groups and skill levels, focusing on holistic development both on and off the pitch.
5. Match Preparation and Analysis
Pre-Match Preparation: Covers strategies for preparing for matches, including tactical planning, opponent analysis, and team selection.
Post-Match Review: Analyzing performance, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and providing constructive feedback to players,
setting goals for further games
6. Performance Metrics
Game Data Analysis: Using player’s GPS trackers Catapult, analyzing the games individually.
Performance Data Analysis: Conducting athletic tests twice a year - focusing on jump, sprint, acceleration, and agility - provides
valuable insights into players’ physical development and help tailor training programs.
Goal Setting: Establishes clear, measurable goals for players and teams, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
7. Integration and Consistency
We ensure that the methodology is consistently applied across all age groups and teams within the club. It’s regulary reviewed and
updated based on feedback, performance outcomes, and evolving football trends.

8. Club rules
When it comes to matches, trainings or generally:
• Regard it as a honour and privilege to represent our club
• Take pride in your performance and that of our club
• Make sure to report on time as noted by the Coach and take responsibility for the jerseys, boots, and gear you need
• Encourage others in your team to do their best
• Accept all decisions by match officials
• Let the Captain or Coach speak to the referee on behalf of the team if decisions made by the match officials need to be clarified
• Recognise outstanding performances by opponents
• Demonstrate concern for an injured player, regardless of their team
• Accept victory modestly
• Learn to take defeat in the right manner and not look for excuses as to why you may not have been successful on a particular occasion
• Shake hands with your opponents at the end of each game, regardless of the outcome
• Always use club attire in training and matches
• Always give full respect to your teammates, Coaches, opponents, referees and organizers
• Take care of club equipment, including gym equipment, and keep the training and gym area organized and help clean up after training
as directed by the Coach
